O que falar desse livro? Muito direto e instrutivo, te direciona com sabedoria sempre á luz da Palavra de Deus e te carrega verdades poderosas a respeito da administração dos dons que Deus derramou sobre nós e do chamado que Ele tem para nossas vidas. Gostei demais da leitura, super leve e cheia de testemunhos incríveis que realmente enchem nossos corações de esperança e fé para viver coisas incríveis com o Senhor.

We can use God's gifts in three different ways: to build the Kingdom, to build ourselves or just neglect the gift altogether.

The lack of doing is one of the primary reasons why Christians slip away from the faith. Our food is to do and finish the will of Jesus, who sent us.

When someone is unfaithful to the call of God on our lives it affects not only us but also our descendants.

Some gifts are clearly supernatural and others seem like natural human abilities, but are, in reality, extraordinary. Furthermore, some gifts are given right at the mother's womb and others are given later.

"Biblical grace is not only God's gift of salvation but His empowerment for our lives."

"Happy and blessed is the person who knows their gifts and operates in them. Miserable and stressed is the person who tries to operate in someone else's gifts."

We are to baptize not only the people but also their mode of operation in the ways of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit.

Stewardship: the careful and responsible management of something trusted to one's care.

We are responsible for everything on the Earth, both seen and unseen.

The gifts of God on my life is not for me, they are for others to benefit through me.

A religious spirit is one who uses God's word to execute his own will. This person doesn't carry out God's instructions with God's heart desires being preeminent, he applies the word of God for his own gain.

Genuine love is always motivated by love.

Slow or convenient serving is not true serving.

Ask yourself: Am I praying for and searching out others with similar gifts to mine? Once I located them, am I teaching, training and drawing their gifts out ?

Peter probably made an impulsive leadership decision that was out of sync with God's plan when he chose Matthias over Paul.

When your leader makes a decision it is better to follow then to create disagreement. However, we can not do what is defined as a sin in the Scriptures.

A father is one who brings leadership, nurture and culture to an individual or organization, and they can hold a variety of positions ( CEO,pastor, teacher, boss, ...).

A faithful son or daughter will multiply the ways of his or her father.

The person who is scared of God has something to hide. The person who God, on the other hand, has nothing to hide. He or she is actually scared to be away from him.

"For many are called, but few chosen." The word chosen means appointed. There is an approval process that must be passed so that can be the few that are chosen.
