Neste livro conhecemos a história de Tom Riddle, quem são seus pais e onde e como ele viveu antes de se tornar Lord Vodemort.

Harry assume mais responsabilidades participando ativamente com Dumbledore em busca da verdade.

Gina, como sempre, continua espirituosa e linda e enfim ela e Harry ficam juntos.

Não tem muita ação, mas revela muitas coisas que ficaram em aberto nos outros livros.

As perdas continuam e chorei muito no final.

No sexto ano de Harry em Hogwarts, Lord Voldemort e seus Comensais da Morte estão criando o terror nos mundos bruxo e trouxa. Dumbledore convence seu velho amigo Horácio Slughorn para retornar a Hogwarts como professor de poções após Harry encontrar um estranho livro escolar. Draco Malfoy se esforça para realizar uma ação destinada por Voldemort, enquanto Dumbledore e Harry secretamente trabalham juntos a fim de descobrir o método para destruir o Lorde das Trevas uma vez por todas.

Nossa que livro bom. Nesse ponto não deveria me surpreender mais. Muito boa a história. Sem palavras.

É incrível como o filme que eu menos gosto é na verdade o livro que eu mais gostei de ler!
Esse sexto livro traz um bombardeamento de informações importantes, algumas peças começam a se encaixar de forma perfeita, mostrando cada vez mais a genialidade da JK.
Absurdo, perfeito demais!

Harry Potter and the half-blood prince
When Harry Potter became a world phenomenon, I didn?t pay so many attention in the books or the films. I remained totally unaware of the whole universe created by J.K Rowling. However, something aroused my curiosity: how can an author attract so much interest from young people for books with more than three hundred pages, without any illustration? How did the writer manage to train this entire generation of readers?

Since the beginning, the books and the films got a immense popularity around the world. Until now most of the fans help this story achieve more and more success.

Years later, precisely in 2021, I set myself the challenge of reading the work of J.K Rowling. So, as part my project of read book in english and spanish, I am going to read the seven books in the original language.

First of all, it?s important to explain the plot of this adventure. Harry Potter is a little guy that lives with his uncle Valter, his aunt Petúnia and his cousin Duda. They mistreat Harry so much. Our main character is a young wizard, as his parents, who died when he was a baby.

I started reading from the first one, THE PHILOSOPHER?S STONE. In this part, Harry discovered that he was a wizard and went to study at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Hagrid introduced him in the magical universe. There, he knew his best friends, Hermione and Ron. They live an intense adventure. In the first part we see the struggle against Voldemort, a dark wizard who intends to become immortal, and Harry. He discovered that Valdemort killed his parents. Harry had a great fame among the magical community because of his father and his mother. Valdemort wanted the Philosopher Stone to became immortal and powerful, but Harry could avoid this destroying it. The eventful school year ends and Harry returns to Privet Drive for the summer in order to spend his vacation with his repulsive relatives.

The second book that I had the opportunity to read was HARRY POTTER AND THE CHAMBER OF SECRETS. Harry spends the summer in his uncle?s and aunt?s house after the first year studying at Hogwards. His relatives tried as they could the return of Harry to that wizard school. Besides Valter and Petúnia, a little and peculiar monster called Dobby appeared out of the blue in order to avoid Harry?s returning to school because the boy wold take his own life in risk. Harry ignored but the monster caused troubles to him. His uncle locked him in the bedroom and he had to be rescued to his best friend Ron in a fly car. At this same way, with great adventure, they arrived at Hogwarts. With his best friends Ron e Hermione, Harry discover the chamber at school and experience a great adventure. This place is so dangerous and the basic rule was never try take risks, most of them didn?t even know about the existence of that chamber. Ron?s sister was attracted to that place for an student and Harry had to enter there. He found Ginny unconscious guarded by Riddle, who reveals that he used the diary to manipulate Ginny into reopening the Chamber, and that he is Slytherin's heir and Voldemort's younger self. In the end, Harry could overcome this very difficult task, could bring his friend safe and sound, showed his loyalty to Dumbledore, acquired more experience and points as a wizard student.

In HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISIONER OF AZKABAN, the young wizards are in the third year at Hogwarts School. Harry had a great connection with the history of his parents through Sirius Black. He escaped from Azkaban, a prison. Everyone believes that he was an old ally of Lord Valdemort. With Sirius Black free, Harry?s life was in danger. Professor Remus Lupin helps Harry to achieve more experience and be less scared, principally because Harry was been attacked frequently for strange creatures called Dementor. Harry needed to face this kind of things to overcame this situation. Lupin teaches Harry how to defend himself from Dementors using the Patronus charm. Harry, Ron and Hermione live intense adventures, even the use of time-turner in order to rescue Hagrid?s Hipogriff to be executed by Ministry of Magic after injuring Draco Malfoy. In the end of the history, Harry stayed face to face with Sirius Black, but discovered that he was innocent, a good person, he was one of the best friends of his parents and Harry?s godfather. The truth was almost reestablished. Harry helped Sirius to scape from the sentence to have his soul sucked out by Dementors and the man went away flying in the Hipogriff.

HARRY POTTER AND THE GLOBET OF FIRE starts with the main character in a nightmare with an old man been killed after overhearing Lord Voldemort conspiring. Then, Harry and his friends went watch the Quidditch World Cup before one more year in Hogwarts.

At Hogwarts, the students knew a new teacher. It was Auror Alastair ?Mad-Eye? Moody. It was a very rare year in that place because of the THREE WIZARD TOURNAMENT. The rules were simple: three magical schools were competing in three different kinds of challenges. Each of that schools should have had a student for the competition representing the institution.

The detail was that the competitor should have aged seventeen and above, put his name in the globet of fire, that would choose the right person. Mysteriously, after had chosen the three names, the globet of fire chose Harry Potter too, who just was eleven. After a great reflection about the odd case, teachers decided about the authorization to Harry to be part of that competition. So, Hogwarts had two competitors, Harry Potter and Cedric Diggory.

What nobody knew was that Harry?s participation was a mousetrap produced by Valdemort. With courage and loyalty, Harry was just brilliant in each challenge, most of the time saving the others competitors? lives. In the last task, we discover how Valdemort practically reborn with the helping of Petter Pettigrew and others bad wizard. The villain was responsible of Cedric?s death. Harry can scape safe and sound, in spite of suffer a little bit. He got had rescued Cedric?s body and told to Dumbledor about the return of Valdemort.

In, HARRY POTTER AND THE ORDER OF THE PHEONIX, Harry and his cousin Dudley are attacked by Dementors. Because of this very unpleasant situation, the young wizard was forced to use magic out of Hogwarts. He was judged and took the serious risk of expulsion.

Harry went to the house os de Sirius? childhood, where he met some wizards belonging of the Order of the Phoenix. It?s a very important group that struggles agains Valdemort.

Harry was defended by this group, that could get avoid the expulsion, with the valorous helping of Dumbledore.

In this book, Harry discovered the truth about his story with Valdemort. It?s about a about a prophecy that the man who would destroy Valdemort would be born. Wanting to avoid the fulfillment of this prophecy, Valdemort tried to kill Harry, who was protected by his own mother, who paid with her life. Valdemort was back and ready to destroy Harry. It is nearing final reckoning.

HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE is the sixth book of the serie. The young wizard is preparing himself to the greatest challenge his his life. The final battle against Valdemort.

The villain got more and more power and wanted to kill Harry at all costs. During private sessions with Hogwarts? director Dumbledore, Harry investigated Valdemort?s past in order to obtain some clues of how to destroy his enemy.

Dumbledore picks up Harry at his uncles? house. During the way, they went to Horácio Slughorn?s house, an old teacher in Hogwats. This old wizard knew Valdemort during the period in witch he studied at Hogwarts, and witnessed how Valdemort became a master of dark wizard. Unconsciously, this teacher helped Valdemort with precious informations and blame himself until now because of that. Dumbledore and Harry tried to convince Horácio to return to the Hogwarts.

So much things happened during this journey, and, in the end of the year, Dumbledore was killed by professor Snape, than runned away with Draco. Dumbledore?s death caused a great impact in Hogwarts school. The next year would be the most important. Harry and Valdemort, finally, will have reckoning.

Half-Blood Prince
Relendo este livro consegui perceber com mais clareza a disparidade na representação de alguns personagens entre livros e filmes. Gostei de revisitar essa história e rever esses personagens sendo melhor representados pela sua criadora do que o foram em outras mídias. Por outro lado, notei também que o livro deixa a desejar em alguns aspectos de desenvolvimento.

Depois das 800 páginas de Ordem da Fenix, fiquei até triste de ver que este volume tem 300 páginas a menos. Isso não só significa que teremos 300 páginas a menos de mundo da magia e que a saga está chegando, novamente, ao seu fim, mas também fiquei imaginando se essas páginas não podiam sim ser sido escritas para desenvolver melhor alguns plots do enredo.

Gostei bastante desse livro, eu não lembrava quase nada dele e foi bem interessante conhecer certas partes da história de novo.
Tô bem animada para ler logo o último livro.

Releitura
A experiência de reler Harry Potter, agora, ainda lembrando dos pontos principais da história é muito interessante, absorvo a maioria das dicas e as correlações ao longo da história, mas não tenho a surpresa e julgamento natural que teria a partir dela.

Na minha memória a obsessão do Harry pra descobrir o que o Draco estava articulando era mais maçante e entediante, nessa releitura reparei que o livro foi bem dosado, ele realmente ficou obcecado, mas a autora soube dosar bem com outras partes da história. O forma de ver o Draco mudou, ele é chato, metido e arrogante, porém é mais um que não tem muitas escolhas.

Eu gosto do Slughorn, ele serve de contraponto de todo preconceito que foi criado ao redor dos sonserinos, acho que um dos problemas de toda a história era esse, a dicotomia, em que todo grifinório é bom e tá do lado certo e todo sonserino é ruim e das trevas, lufa-lufa e corvinal são os figurantes.

As memórias são interessantíssimas, ao mesmo tempo que explicam quem era o Tom Riddle e os prováveis motivos dele ter virado o Voldemort, sua manias de grandeza e ambição, como ele é inescrupuloso e malvado. Fica claro que ele tem algum tipo de sociopatia ou psicopatia, principalmente quando a autora ressalta o que o diferencial entre ele o Harry é a capacidade de amar;

O Snape ser o príncipe mestiço é a grande ironia, principalmente pelo fato do Harry admirar alguém que ele mal conhece (por meio de anotações num livro) e até mesmo se identificar com ele.

Lembro que na primeira vez que o li o livro fiquei muito surpresa com a morte do Dumbledore eu realmente não esperava que isso iria acontecer. A surpresa dessa vez não aconteceu, mas consegui reparar em como ele já sabia quando e como isso acontecer, Snape só concretizou. O desespero do Harry me pareceu muito real, ele jogando os feitiços e nenhum funcionando, mostrando que ele ainda tem que amadurecer pra isso, mas ao mesmo tempo eu fiquei pensando, que a essa altura do campeonato ele deveria estar um pouco melhor, nem tacar fogos nos zumbis ele conseguiu.

Enfim, esse livro basicamente prepara o terreno para o confronto final

A emotional drive
NÃO DAAAAA. Eu acho que não tem como classificar esse livro em um gênero, porque seria fantasia/aventura/drama/comédia/romance/ação.
Esse é o meu favorito de todos, ?Ahhhh mas o seu favorito sempre é o que você acabou de ler?, fazer o que se só melhora???
Gente, sem zoeira, eu estava pulando, pirando, dando pirueta quando Harry e Ginny se beijaram. Sério QUE SABORRRR. Ginny é A MAIOR, minha personagem favorita da saga TODA.
Mas também o tanto que eu chorei no enterro do Dumbledore? eu dava de tudo pra não saber que ele morria.
Agora ter HBP como meu favorito vem com consequências, porque o filme? meu Deus eu quero que a pessoa responsável por aquela merda queime no inferno.

Nessa releitura de tornou meu segundo favorito. O prisioneiro de Azkaban não sai do meu coração, mas infelizmente perdeu seu posto para o enigma e o cálice.

Fico pensando aonde eu estava em todo esse tempo. Eu nunca tinha visto nenhum filme de hp antes de começar a ler os livros, muito menos me interessado. Cada vez que eu adentro nesses universos de fantasia que há um tempo já saira do seu apogeu, me cai o pensamento: Talvez se eu tivesse nascido uns 5 ou 8 anos antes, poderia ter consumido isso de uma forma mais afetiva.
É tipo escutar rock, você adora aquilo, mas sabe que sentiria mais de sua essência caso tivesse vivido nos anos 80.
Um senso meio extemporâneo em que tudo de sua geração é meio depreciativo pela falta de qualidade.

Terminei pela primeira vez em inglês, mas já sabendo a história de cor. Estranho e interessante ler aquilo tudo já sabendo quais os planos do Dumbledore em relação ao Snape (que eu teimo em gostar). Chorei como sempre com a morte do reizinho Dumbledore, mas nada que eu já não tenha feito antes. Te amo, Harry Potter, eu te amo. ?

Passei anos achando o 6° filme ok mas depois de ler esse livro, me vi obrigada a concordar com a maioria dos fãs que acham esse o pior filme da franquia. Tanta coisa importante ficou de fora poxa....

Lindo, maravilhoso, uma obra de arte!!! Foi impossível parar de ler nas últimas 100 páginas, embora o livro inteiro seja incrível. O difícil vai ser parar de chorar até começar o próximo livro...

Que livro.

Tenho várias coisas a comentar desse livro, mas negar que ele foi poderoso será uma grande mentira.

Nesse livro vemos a volta do Harry para Hogwarts, onde todos sabem que ele falou a verdade. Acompanhamos a relação dele com Dumbledore e outros persongens.

Algumas coisas que eu gostei muito no livro foram, a aproximação do Harry com Dumbledore, a relação dele com Ginny, e especialmente a cena final. Que cenas bem escritas.

Admito que esse livro não foi meu favorito da saga, mas a maneira que o livro te prende nos últimos 20% é chocante e lindo.

O Dumbledore e Harry atrás do colar, a morte do Dumbledore e a batalha. Algo que não posso negar, as batalhas são muito bem escritas.

Algo que eu gostei muito, foi o aprofundamento de relações. Poderia ter acontecido antes? Sim, mas gostei da maneira que mostrou ambos sentimentos de Ron e Hermione nesse livro. E do Harry, e o começo do sentimento dele pela Ginny, e como iniciou também em grande parte por eles ter passado muito tempo no verão juntos.

Agora, como todo livro, esse teve ponto negativo.

Primeiramente, como eu disse, certas relações foram legal ver desenvolvidas, mas acredito que alguns foram deixados para a última hora, como a da Ginny e Harry. Faltando 30% a relação dos dois começa, e apesar de mostrar que afeta muito o Harry, não viemos grande parte dos dois juntos.

Outra coisa que não gostei foi o certo aparecimento ai desaparecimento de certos persongens, como o Dobby.

Ele vem, faz um trabalho para Harry, e some novamente. Foi como ele apareceu só para a gente lembrar que ele existe.

Certos partes nesse livro são repetitivos, como as brigas do Ron e Hermione, Harry sobre Malfoy e Snape (apesar dele ter estado certo em parte) o que se torna esse livro um pouco mais difícil de ler do que os passados, mas salva muito com seu final.

Foi um livro que me deixou extremamente ansiosa para o próximo. Não posso esperar.
