Alice na cracolândia, só se for!

Que livro péssimo! Primeiro que eu tive que ler ele obrigada para a escola, segundo que esse livro fez meus olhos aderem. Horrível! Essa menina é completamente surtada da cabeça, fumou duzentos tipos de drogas. E outra, é um livro que eu li em inglês e mesmo assim o vício de linguagem é anormal.

De volta à infância
Revisitei esse clássico e lembrei o quanto ele é incrível! Na infância, acho que não desfrutei dele o suficiente, talvez porque, para as crianças, nada é absurdo demais. Longe de ser restrito ao público infantil, esse livro traz tantas reflexões profundas que você volta a crer que, realmente, tudo é possível.

(fazendo resenha para validar no desafio) Não gosto muito de alice no país das maravilhas porque acho a Alice um pouco irritante, mas gostei de ter lido meu primeiro livro em inglês.

Não chama atenção
A leitura do livro é desenvolvida em ritmo lento, sem apresentação de fatores que prendem nossa atenção. Abandonei o livro já nos primeiros capítulos.

Este livro é bem resumido e sua linguagem é bem fraca. Não recomendo para fãs loucos da história e muito menos para quem tem um bom domínio na língua inglesa. No entanto, para os iniciantes é uma ótima leitura, pois não é cansativa e não possui uma grande diversidade de vocabulários ou de tempos verbais.
No verso do livro está escrito que ele é nível "Elementary (600 words), Classics, British English. Não sei exatamente por que não atentei para este fato quando realizei a compra, mas como foi a anos atrás, penso que jamais lembrarei.

Essay
Adventures in Wonderland is a book that can be read by people of any age, because it shows a lot of psychological and philosophical aspects trough puzzles and self reflection. The main character, Alice, is a child in transition to adolescence, who has to face some confusing growth problems that also affects her inner being.
Alice starts regretting her new forced life, saying that “it was much pleasanter at home”, a nostalgic feeling of the comfort that a child like her used to have. She also doesn't like to receive so many orders by mice and rabbits, which can be understood as several orders a grown person receives to survive in the society.
The kid gets so confused because she has too many different sizes in a day, a very common feeling of teenagers, because they can't do some things that are too childish and sometimes things that are just for adults; so Alice starts not recognizing herself: “I— I hardly know, sir, just at present — at least I know who I was when I got up this morning, but I think I must have been changed several times since then.”
In the end, her older sister, a grown figure, thinks of how her little sister will cross her growing up process without losing the beauty and purity of an child heart. In a very romantic view, the sister's beautiful words expect that Alice wins this journey by becoming an adult that doesn't let her inner child die, and never let the dream of Wonderland be forgotten. Because Wonderland is a representation of the childhood, the fuel of the nostalgic good memories that Alice got.

Mundo de Alice
O clássico de Lewis Carroll é o primeiro do ano do projeto de ler livros em língua estrangeira. É uma das histórias mais conhecidas e adaptadas nas mais diversas plataformas.

Em um dia entediante, Alice observa um coelho apressado e resolve segui-lo. Ele acaba a levando para um mundo paralelo, de sonhos, com animais e objetos antropomórficos. É uma jornada repleta de aventuras, em que muitas coisas surreais acontecem.

Alice é uma menina destemida, vai encarando as aventuras sem qualquer tipo de receio mesmo, no fim das contas, participa de um julgamento inusitado em que é condenada à morte pela Rainha de Copas. Quando é atacada pelos soldados, acordo e se dá conta de que estava sonhando.

Eu diria que foi até nostálgico revisitar a história. Ler em outra língua ajudou a agregar em relação às percepções tidas pelo clássico, feito para o público infantojuvenil mas repleto de lições aos adultos. Recomendo a leitura para quem está, assim como eu, dedicado a se aperfeiçoar na leitura em inglês. É uma linguagem tranquila para quem está saindo do básico para o intermediário.

Alice no país das maravilhas
Um clássico, um livro que todo mundo deveria ler, mesmo já conhecendo ou tendo ouvido falar sobre a história! Demorei um tempinho (alguns meses) para terminar de ler pois eu sempre lia de pouquinho em pouquinho, mas definitivamente vale a pena! A história é engraçada, te dá boas risadas e tem uma história nostálgica.
Obs: Alice não tem um minuto de paz o livro inteiro, é só pedra atrás de pedra, coitadinha.

Uma breve volta à infância
Sempre tive curiosidade de ler essa história que permeou minha infância, este ano tive a oportunidade e não me arrependo. O mundo fantasioso de Alice permite que o leitor viaje a um mundo distante e cheio de surpresas por algumas horas. A linguagem não é muito complicada então recomendo tanto para aqueles com inglês melhor quanto para os iniciantes/ intermediários.
Dica: o livro está de graça na Amazon pela loja kindle (para os que não tem o kindle é possível baixar o aplicativo e ler pelo celular ou tablet)

Um sonho bem doido
Alice travels much more in the book than that any other movie that I have seen about her. This story touchs me so much and I don't know why. I remember when I was a kid and I was reading Alice and in the middle of the book, I slept and dreamed about the characteres. I think that's why I always read back this book. I will read the Alice Through The Looking Glass for sure.

Down The Rabbit Hole We Go...
"Alice's Adventure in Wonderland" is an English novel first published in 1865 by Lewis Caroll. It tells the story about Alice, a young girl that falls down a hole into a fantasy world filled with queer creatures, after following a White Rabbit.
For having English as a foreign language, I decided to start reading children's literature books because of the lighter texts... But it went a little wrong in Alice's book: I've never read the story in my native language, and I felt confused sometimes because of the style of the narrative.
Despite this, it's such a delicious, fun and interesting book, which is considered one of the most popular works of English-language fiction.
