"You don't think you can inspire jealousy in the Weasel?" Malfoy tilted his head at her. "You should consider yourself more highly. I always thought he had a strange affection for you."
"He would never believe that we're interested in one another," Hermione fired back. "You should have sent someone else in your stead if you wanted to play your little joke."
"Are you sure?" Malfoy asked. "Not even if I pull you close?"
He pressed on the small of her back, and suddenly they were swaying hip to hip. Hermione let out a small gasp, and Malfoy bent down so his lips brushed the curve of her ear.
"You don't think the Weasel would be bothered by a soft whisper?" he murmured. "Or a kiss?"
