John Mitchell Finnis (28 de julho de 1940) é um filósofo e jurista australiano, naturalizado britânico (desde 2004). Foi professor da Universidade de Oxford de 1989 a 2010 e é um dos principais teóricos jusnaturalistas contemporâneos, seguindo a tradição tomista.
